The fifth step: arrange planned production, general customer quantity is small, manufacturers have to wait for the same weight of products together, schedule production one by one,
which requires customer patience.

Step 6: Pay the balance to contact the vehicle delivery; After the production of products, the salesman statistics a good number of customers, customers pay off the balance,
and then the business contact vehicle delivery.

Customized mold opening:

Step 1: Provide sample/idea and capacity or size, drawing; Sample bottles or drawings, many times customers in glass bottle manufacturers or markets browse a large number of bottle type,
will be dominated by a bottle type, "comprehensive modification", that is, expand or shrink, elongate or compress, increase pattern decoration, modification, and so on,
and then provide the required filling capacity of the mold factory drawing, a lot of drawing to be properly charged, but the cost can be offset against the mold fee.

The second step: confirm the price, sign the contract and pay the deposit. After the drawing is confirmed,
the mold factory gives the quotation to the customer according to the bottle type and the number of molds, and then pays the deposit or full payment.

The third step: mold production.

Step 4: Pay the balance to draw the mold sample; At the same time of mold production, if the customer or glass bottle manufacturer requires proofing,
the customer needs to pay the proofing fee and arrange the proofing plan; The amount of proofing fees varies according to your bottle type. Complex bottle type proofing takes a long time,
and on the contrary, it is less, but the minimum is not less than 1,000 yuan, and most manufacturers do not refund this cost.
The proofing time is usually selected when the production change gap and the product weight difference before and after the production change is very small,
which also requires the customer to wait patiently; Sometimes, if there happens to be a bottle with similar weight for production modification, the sample can be made immediately.
If the product weight before and after production modification is not changed or there is a big difference between it and your sample weight, then we have to wait for a suitable opportunity.

The fifth step: make samples to confirm, sign the contract and pay the deposit for mass production. The following process is the same as "customization of existing molds".
